Postdoctoral Researchers

We are seeking outstanding and highly motivated postdoctoral candidates with deep expertise in one or more Areas of Interest (see below). Cross-disciplinary expertise is highly preferred. Priority will be given to candidates with postdoctoral fellowships.

(iii) Wide and Ultrawide Bandgap Device Fabrication and Characterization (iv) Nano and micro-scale heat transfer, thermal characterization, heat management, and nanofabrication
